5 Essential Hotel Decorations For Your Vegas Proposal

Are you looking for the best way to decorate your hotel room in Vegas for your upcoming marriage proposal? We are the marriage proposal experts here in Las Vegas, and our team has decorated rooms at every hotel on The Strip and downtown. That said, we’ve compiled a list of the essential decor items we think you should include when decorating for your proposal.

ROSE PETALS

This one is a no brainer. When you see rose petals, you immediately think ‘romance’. The number one thing you’ll need for a good marriage proposal in any room are rose petals, which is why we include over 1,200 of them in our base decor package. If you’re decorating on your own, splurge at the florist for the real thing over the silk ones!

CANDLES

Imagine this: you open the door to your hotel room and you both walk in. The room is darkened, dimly lit by the soft, warm glow of candles that are placed throughout the room, leading directly from the doorway onto the bed. The glow of candle light immediately sets the mood for a romantic evening. If you’re going to be proposing in a hotel, you won’t want to be without candles. We recommend and use real wax flickering LED candles for all of our room decor clients. These look just like real candles, and can be switched on safely in the room for hours while you’re out for a date night.

“MARRY ME” SIGN

Whether you go with a small wood plaque (pictured above), lettered balloons, or a huge light-up marquee sign, you need something that says “Marry Me?” in your hotel room. If you don’t have a sign, consider arranging some rose petals on the bed to say “MARRY ME”. We have a few options for signage in our hotel room decoration service when booking on online.

CHAMPAGNE

What better occasion to pop a bottle is there than your marriage proposal? Get a nice bottle and a couple of champagne glasses (not wine glasses!) and get ready to celebrate after the proposal.

BALLOONS

Add a balloon sculpture, or at least balloons scattered on the floor to make your room decoration really pop (no pun intended).
