We work with a network of independent vendors and performers (such as photographers, videographers, decorators, and entertainers). When these vendors join our roster, they provide their mobile numbers and agree to receive text messages from us offering job opportunities and requesting their availability. These messages are business-to-business operational communications.

4.3 Consent

We send text messages only to people who have an existing relationship with us and who have provided their mobile number for that purpose. We do not sell or rent phone numbers, and we do not send text messages to purchased or rented contact lists.

4.4 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your booking activity, event schedule, or, for vendors, the availability of jobs. You will only receive messages that relate to your specific booking or working relationship with us.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges will apply to any messages you send or receive. This Magic Moment is not responsible for these charges.

After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further texts, except that vendors may still be contacted by other means about active jobs. 4.7 No Sharing of Mobile Information

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile information only with service providers who help us operate our messaging program (for example, our text-messaging platform), and only so they can perform services on our behalf.

With vendors and performers. To fulfill your booking, we share the details necessary for an assigned vendor to perform the service (such as event date, time, location, and relevant coordination details).
