Book the Deluxe Magic Proposal Experience

Cancelations: A full refund will be given for cancelations made more than 7 days before your service date. A 50% refund will be given for cancelations made between 3-7 days before your service date. No refunds will be given for cancelations made 2 days or fewer before your service date.

Late arrivals: There is a 15 minute grace period for all late arrivals. After this grace period, a $50 late fee will be charged to your credit card, including an additional $50 late fee per videographer/photographer you have added to your order. For clients who are more than 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your performance, depending on the rest of our schedule for that evening. For after-dinner restaurant proposals, you are considered "late" if you are not finished eating by your chosen performance time. Refunds are not available for cancelations due to late arrivals or no-shows.

This experience requires you to temporarily hand over your engagement ring to us approximately 1 hour before your performance time. A brief, 2 minute rehearsal of the magic trick involving the ring will take place with you at this time. The ring will be given back to you in the context of a magic trick at your performance time. If you are not comfortable with handing over your ring for use in the act, YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO KEEP YOUR RING WITHOUT HANDING IT OVER TO US FOR THE MAGIC ACT, in which case the finale of the show will be changed to a card trick that reads "Will You Marry Me?". If you choose to hand your ring over for use in the magic act, you agree to do so voluntarily. Your ring will be held safely and cared for while in our possession for this brief period of time. You agree to hold harmless This Magic Moment, it's employees and vendors for damage, loss or theft of your ring, if you choose to hand it over for use in the magic act.
