Decor Cleanup Options:
There are three options for cleaning up after we decorate your room:
1. We offer a cleanup service! You can add this to your decor package by checking the cleanup box on the order form when booking. We'll come back to your hotel on a morning you choose to collect all of our decor items, so you'll have no stress about the mess.
2. You can clean up the decor and place it in a trash can before you check out.
3. You can leave the decor for the hotel housekeeping to clean up. We recommend tipping your housekeeper extra if you choose this option.

Important: Guests must be fully checked in before the decorators arrive. Most room decoration packages require 1–2 hours for setup depending on the package. Most decor packages will decorate a standard size hotel room. If you have a huge luxury suite or villa, please contact us so we can put together a custom package for you.

Can you decorate my hotel room before we check in?
Book now and book early, as time slots do sell out! However, you must be checked in with a room number and key before we arrive to decorate. We cannot check into your room for you. We cannot present our credit card at the front desk for your incidentals. The hotel will not allow us to enter your room before you check in.
Keep in mind that after your flight lands in Las Vegas, it can easily take up to 2 to get off the plane, get your bags, get a ride, communte to your hotel and check in. This is assuming no flight delays. We always recommend planning to arrive in Las Vegas at least 4 hours before your decor start time.
How long will it take to decorate my room?
We always request 2 hours to complete the decor in your hotel room. The only exception is our Basic Package, which requires 1 hour. The time you book on our website is the time we will start decorating.
Our company policy does not allow decorators to accompany a guest into their room. We usually recommend going out for a meal or a date while we decorate. There are endless options for things to do in Las Vegas; go enjoy yourselves and come back to the surprise you've planned!
Can you decorate before I get to the hotel?
You must be fully checked in with a room number and key before the decorators arrive.

When booking, please make sure you select a time that will be after you're checked in.
Can you use my items to decorate the room?
We do not use decor items provided by customers to decorate their hotel room. For quality control, we only use the items that we bring from our suppliers. We can set out up to 3 personal items or gifts that you provide, and incorporate them into the decor.
Do you have cakes or alcohol?
We do not have a food and beverage or liquor license, so we do not provide cakes or alcohol. However, if you buy a bottle from the hotel gift shop, you can hide it in a drawer and we will set it out for you with the rest of the decor.
I have a luxury suite/villa in Las Vegas; can you decorate it?
Absolutely. Most of our packages with the Deluxe upgrade and double rose petals/balloons will nicely decorate a large suite up to 1,000 square feet. If you have a larger suite or villa, please contact us and we will help you with a large custom package.
Can I help you decorate the room?
Unfortunately no. Our company policy does not allow our decorators to accompany guests into the room. Please make plans to go enjoy Las Vegas for a couple hours, and come back to the surprise you've planned!
Do you come back to clean up afterward?
We offer a cleanup service! No stress about the mess; we'll come back on a morning you choose to collect the decor items. Just check the box to add our cleanup service on the order form when booking.
If you do not select the cleanup option, we do not return to collect the decor items. You can either clean them up before you leave, or you can leave them for the hotel housekeepers to clean up. We recommend tipping your housekeepers if you do choose to leave the items for them to clean up. We are not responsible for any hotel fees for cleaning.
