Cancelations: A full refund will be given for all cancelations made within 24 hours of placing your order. For all other flash mob cancellations: a 50% refund will be given for cancelations made more than 2 days before your service date. No refunds will be given for cancelations made 2 days or fewer before your service date.

Late arrivals: There is a 15 minute grace period for all late arrivals. After this grace period, a $50 late fee per dancer will be charged to your credit card, including an additional $50 late fee per videographer/photographer you have added to your order. For clients who are more than 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your performance, depending on the rest of our schedule for that evening. Late fees will not apply to cancelations due to lateness. Refunds are not available for cancelations due to late arrivals or no-shows.
