Book the Hotel Room Decor Package (Deluxe Proposal)

Cancelations: A full refund will be given for cancelations made more than 7 days before your service date. A 50% refund will be given for cancelations made between 3-7 days before your service date. No refunds will be given for cancelations made 2 days or fewer before your service date.

Lateness policy: if you are not ready for our decorators to enter your room by your chosen time, there is a 15 minute grace period that applies to all late clients. After this grace period, we reserve the right to reschedule or alter your service as necessary to keep our decorators on schedule for the rest of their appointments. Refunds will not be given due to changes that need to be made to the schedule or service due to client lateness.

Clients who do not follow instructions to grant decorators access to room will be treated as a no-show, and will not receive a refund.
