Book the Hotel Room Decor Package (Basic)

Cancelations: A full refund will be given for cancelations made more than 7 days before your service date. A 50% refund will be given for cancelations made between 3-7 days before your service date. No refunds will be given for cancelations made 2 days or fewer before your service date.

Lateness policy: if you are not ready for our decorators to enter your room by your chosen time, there is a 15 minute grace period that applies to all late clients. After this grace period, we reserve the right to reschedule or alter your service as necessary to keep our decorators on schedule for the rest of their appointments. Refunds will not be given due to changes that need to be made to the schedule or service due to client lateness. If you have booked a photographer or videographer upgrade, you must arrive back in your room within 15 minutes of the end of your service window. If you have not arrived back in your room within 15 minutes of the end of your service window, you will be considered a no-show, and your photographer/videographer may at their sole discretion choose to cancel your service without a refund.

You must be checked into your room before we can decorate. No refunds will be given due to you not checking into your room before your decor service time.

Clients who do not follow instructions to grant decorators access to room will be treated as a no-show, and will not receive a refund.

You are responsible for straightening your room and making your bed before we decorate. Our decorators will not be cleaning your room, and the condition in which you leave your room is the condition you will find it upon arrival after decorating. If your room is left in a condition that is dirty or unsanitary, our decorators may, at their sole discretion, modify your decor package to meet the condition of the room. No refunds will be given due to our inability to decorate due to a dirty or unsanitary room.

All items in our decor packages except for large marquee letters become your property upon delivery. We will not be responsible for cleanup of any items used in your decoration. You assume all responsibility for cleanup of your decor items, as well as damage to hotel property that may be caused by items in your decor package.
