We recommend booking your Las Vegas proposal or hotel room decor at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure the best time slots. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.

How do you keep a Las Vegas proposal a surprise?
We specialize in discreet planning and surprise coordination. Communication is handled privately, and we use day-of texting to guide you step-by-step without raising suspicion.

Do you provide a photographer for the proposal?
Yes, a proposal photographer can be added to most packages, and our photo tours include a professional photographer as part of the experience. With the photo tour, you’ll receive approximately 40 edited photos delivered via private gallery within a few days. We also have proposal photographer packages starting at $249 which include 15 minutes with the photographer and 10 edited photos. Your “she said yes” moment deserves more than a blurry phone screenshot.
Can I combine services? Like a magic proposal AND room decor?
Absolutely, and we recommend it. Many couples book the Magic Proposal Experience for the Strip and then walk into a decorated hotel room afterward. It turns one great moment into an entire unforgettable night. Just let us know when booking and we’ll coordinate the timing.
What hotels in Las Vegas can you decorate?
We decorate hotel rooms at virtually every major hotel on the Strip and downtown — MGM, Wynn, Bellagio, Caesars Palace, Paris, Planet Hollywood, Mandalay Bay, and more. As long as you’re checked in and provide room access, we handle the rest.
How long does the hotel room decoration take to set up?
Our Basic package takes approximately 1 hour. All other packages (Romance, Anniversary, Proposal, Birthday, Bachelorette, Just Married) require about 2 hours. You’ll need to be fully checked in and have the room key ready before we begin. We’ll coordinate timing so everything is picture-perfect when you walk through that door.
What’s included in the Magic Proposal Experience?
The Magic Proposal Experience includes a 10-minute close-up magic show that feels totally spontaneous to your partner — and ends with the grand finale: a playing card reveals “Will You Marry Me?” You’ll also receive souvenir cards, phone photos taken during the show, and day-of coordination via text. An upgrade is available where the ring box appears as part of the magic.
Where exactly does the Magic Proposal take place?
We offer magic proposals by the Bellagio Fountains, and select restaurants like the Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Las Vegas and Top of the World at Stratosphere. We’ll help you choose the best fit based on your partner’s personality. See the Magic Proposals page for more.
How does a Las Vegas flash mob proposal work?
Our flash mob proposals start with your partner thinking they’re just out for a walk or dinner — then 8 professional dancers appear out of nowhere and perform a 3–4 minute choreographed routine to up to 3 songs of your choice. The surprise happens at the finale. Everything is filmed in HD and you’ll have video to relive it forever. It’s the most dramatic proposal experience we offer.
Do you work with couples from outside the united states?
Yes! We’ve worked with guests from all 50 states and over 30 countries. Our booking process is fully online, and we handle all coordination via email and text. International guests book with us regularly and the process is just as smooth.
Can you accommodate last-minute bookings?
We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability. Some packages can be booked just a day or two in advance. That said, we always recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks out to lock in your preferred time slot and leave room for customization.
